This page will document my endeavour to build the Hermit House.

The house is a free residential building of mainly concrete and steel, where everything, like the design schematics to the approved engineering building schematics is free to reuse.

The entire structure consists of 3 sections, all on one floor. The building has a height of 5m.

The roof is flat, with a 3-5 degree slope.

Most contractors should reside in Bergen, Norway.

The load structure is a rectangular steel frame with steel enforced insulated concrete walls and roof. Foundation is 30cm and walls are 20 cm, with an additional 10cm inside insulation and drywall.

The walls and roof contains a water system.

The pillars reaches 10 meters into the ground and also features a water system.
