Computer Silence
From Bennet
For years, I've used a Zalman Reserator 1 Plus for cooling my CPU and a Thermaltake w0029 Fanless PSU. Along with a AMD/ATI Radeon 9250 fanless GPU, the only noise from my computer system has been the spinning noise of the hard disk.
Now, I've upgraded my computer system and this page will document my quest to silence another god damn computer. My former configuration is not sufficient to cool a modern computer rig.
I've bought a Tyan S2927-E motherboard, which is a dual Socket F configuration, so I need cooling for two Opteron processors. I also got an AMD/ATI Radeon x1950 Pro GPU. This supports Crossfire, so I can install an additional one.

For the processors, I need 2 hmm
This board also has two MOSFET based Voltage Regulator Circuit. I need either MVR100 or MVR40

The graphic card has two areas generating heat.
The other is the voltage controller and needs to be cooled with a wtf.

[edit] Estimated Price
